Shipping

All ordrs are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Typical delivery time is 3-7 days from the shipment date. If you wish to use a different carrier or have any questions, please contact us.

For any unwanted, damaged and faulty product please contact our support department through contact form available at http://www.haveyoutriedityet.com/contact-us.html. Products which were sent back to us without any prior notification will be delivered back to you at your own expenses.

All product returns will be under customers liabilities until they reach our office.

Every customer can still request to return his order back as long as it is inside the original package, never been used and not older then 7 days upon receiving the package. Customer will get his money back for the whole amount of the product except shipping and handling fees which are not refundable.

 

Faulty products or damaged orders

In an uncertain situations if a customer receives his order/item damaged or faulty he can ask for a replacement. haveyoutriedityet.com will cover shipping and any additional fees that might appear during replacement process.

 

Exchanges

A customer can also request for an exchange of his order purchased within 7 days upon receiving the package. All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused. Customer must provide exact information as to what replacements he wants. Exchanging of purchased item doesn’t include RE-shipping fees. Invoice of new shipping fees will be emailed to customer and payment for new shipping option must arrive prior we ship out a replacement.
